Terms of sale & service

These terms govern the B2B services provided by Collection Printing Atelier to registered merchants. They are a template and must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before use.

1. Accounts

Services are reserved for businesses. Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their account information and the security of their credentials.

2. Orders & files

Orders are produced only after print files pass our quality checks, including a minimum resolution above 300 DPI. Merchants guarantee they own or are licensed to use every design they submit.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in Canadian (CAD) or US dollars (USD), excluding applicable taxes. Approved accounts may receive Net 30 terms and a credit limit. Late invoices may suspend production.

4. Production & shipping

Production times are estimates. Risk passes to the merchant or its customer on delivery to the carrier.

5. Defects & returns

Printing or garment defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photos. Defective items are reprinted or credited. Custom-printed items are not otherwise refundable.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Province — to be provided], Canada.
