What file formats do you accept?
PNG and PDF. Raster files must be above 300 DPI at print size; vector PDFs are always accepted.
Which currencies do you bill in?
Canadian dollars (CAD) and US dollars (USD). You choose your preferred currency in your account.
Which stores can I connect?
Shopify today, with WooCommerce and custom ERP integrations through our API. Orders appear automatically in your dashboard.
How long does production take?
Most orders are printed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the file is validated.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Print a single piece or thousands — volume pricing is available on the Couture plan.
What if an item is defective?
Report it within 14 days with photos and we reprint or credit it. Our target is zero defects.
Do you offer payment terms?
Approved businesses can receive Net 30 terms and a credit limit.
